Month #2

Month #2

Making Your Bed: do it every morning once you wake up

I don't care if you are tired
I don't care if you are just going to mess it up anyways (excuses, excuses)

The Fact Is:

MAKING YOUR BED is a good habit, practicing one good habit can lead to many more good habits being made.

BENEFITS

  1. It's been proven that children that make their bed every morning have better grades, and better GPA's.
    2. It's been proven that adults who make their bed every day are more successful.

    3. I have proven to myself that making my bed, enhances my sleep.

NOTE: If you currently sleep with a spouse or pet, that adores sleeping in, and is still asleep before you leave to work or school. Who cares? KICK THEM OUT OF BED.  Nicely let them know they are in the way of your success, and that is more important. Don't use it as an excuse to not do it!

This Simple Task Will Be A Huge Weight Lifted Off Your Shoulder Every Morning

Just think: "If I can make my bed, I can get through the day." - it's really motivating!

THE PROMISE

If you do this for 30 days I can promise you will see a difference in your life.
You will have a better drive for getting things done.
You will be less prone to procrastination.
You will become that man on LIMITLESS,  this is now your clear pill.(CAUTION: Don't get addicted)
I promise you will feel like you are on the road to success, or your money back!

Month #1

This is the first challenge:

If you decide to do just one month of The Life Makeover I would encourage you to do just this month.

THE CHALLENGE:

Read your scriptures every day. It doesn't matter if you read all day or just one verse. Just do it. If you are LDS like me, I would start with The Book of Mormon because its been the easiest to read. If you are a Christian I would start with the New Testament, it is much more comprehend-able. If you already read your scriptures every day, try stepping it up. Instead of reading one verse or one chapter, read double the amount. As my seminary teacher used to say FOR MORE POWER READ FOR A HALF HOUR.

THE PROMISE:

I don't care who you are, but I promise this will change you. You will not notice it at first, but at the end of the month you will have a testimony. No matter what challenges and adversity you are facing, they will become easier for you. You will see the hand of the Lord in your life. You will notice his blessings he has given to you. Through Christ you will be able to do anything.

If you want to know my testimony on this subject, please ask and ye shall receive :)

Introduction

Let me start off by saying "Hello i'm Girdy, it's nice to meet you"

A few things about me:

  1. I belong to the Church of JESUS CHRIST of LATTER DAY SAINTS
  2. I refuse to Bible Bash so don't even try
  3. I am far from perfect, don't judge me if I sin differently than you
If you are reading this than you are probably looking for a better life than you already have, maybe you are coming up with New Year's Resolutions, or you just simply want to improve yourself.

I personally believe that God sent us down here to improve ourselves, and to help others around us improve also. Plus it always feels good to look back and see how far we've come.

How I Make Goals:
Throughout my life I have always made those New Year's Resolutions, I wrote them down, but I never worked towards my goals; I never worked towards improving myself. This year I decided that instead of making goals for the whole year I would make them for just one month, and I would make them really simple goals to follow.

I can promise that these simple goals will change your life, as long as you do these simple things every day. I will challenge you to do these simple goals with me, let me know your progress. I want to hear it! I will have these challenges in months, you can do them in any order you please, although I encourage you to do them in the order that I have posted them.

Good Luck.
